Corrections Policy
Cloud terminology and provider products change, and we write a lot of pages — mistakes are possible. This page explains how we handle them when you find one.
How to report something
Use the Contact form and choose "Report a correction," or email us directly at [email protected]. Please include the page URL and, if you can, what you believe is wrong and why.
What happens next
- We review every correction report we receive against current public sources (see our Methodology & Sources page).
- If a correction is confirmed, we update the page and refresh its "last reviewed" date to reflect the change.
- For a factual error that materially changes the meaning of a page, we aim to correct it within 10 business days of confirming the report.
- For a wording or clarity issue rather than a factual error, we may fold it into the page's next scheduled review instead of an immediate edit.
What we correct
- Factual inaccuracies about how a concept, service model, or standard works.
- Outdated terminology or references to discontinued product names.
- Broken internal links, malformed tables, or accessibility issues.
What we don't do
We don't add vendor-specific recommendations, pricing, or promotional language in response to a correction request — that would conflict with the neutrality commitments in our Team & Editorial Policy.
